1. Non-Refundable Digital Fulfillment
Due to the immediate, irreversible delivery of proprietary strategy assets and intellectual property upon verified payment, all purchases of the ARA Brahmastra Lifetime Membership (₹4,999 INR, all inclusive) are non-refundable.
Once your account entitlement is generated and access to the video library is provisioned, the digital contract is deemed completely executed and fulfilled.
2. Technical & Fulfillment Exceptions
In rare instances where a technical error occurs during transaction processing—such as duplicate charges by the payment gateway or complete failure of entitlement generation that cannot be resolved by support within 7 business days—a full refund of the duplicate or unfulfilled amount will be issued back to the original payment source.
